Shipping policy

Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (all states except Alaska and Hawaii).

Domestic shipping is free for orders $50 and over. Orders under $50 have a flat $7 shipping fee.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and carrier (we use USPS and UPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside of Sun Yum's control.

Shipping & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that your delivery location is able to receive packages safely. Sun Yum is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned or unable to be delivered. If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we will contact you regarding next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
